Our new CustomerHub platform (CustomerHub Next) is available via free beta for a limited time. At the conclusion of the free beta period, users will be eligible to upgrade via an introductory subscription rate of $79/mo to continue using the software. Existing CustomerHub Classic users will be eligible to migrate to CustomerHub Next at their current paid subscription rates.

No. While we will continue to offer industry-leading integrations with Keap and Infusionsoft by Keap, these applications will no longer be required to use CustomerHub. CustomerHub Next may be used as a standalone or with a variety of other applications via our new connector framework.
Of course! CustomerHub Classic users may use the classic app for as long as desired. We will continue maintain the software in order to ensure a smooth and bug-free experience. CustomerHub Classic users will have the option to migrate to CustomerHub Next at the conclusion of the beta period if desired.
