Add Your Billing Information
Please refer to the video and instructions below to add your billing information to your CustomerHub account:
- Log in to your CustomerHub account at https://[yourappsubdomain].customerhub.net/admin (if you do not know your subdomain please contact support)
- Navigate to the User dropdown and select My Account
- Under the Billing Information section click on add credit card
- Enter your credit card information, then click the Add Card button
- Wait until you see the success message "Your card has been updated successfully!"
That's it! You've successfully added your billing information to CustomerHub.
Change Your Billing Information
To change the credit card used for your CustomerHub billing, please follow these instructions:
- Log in to your CustomerHub account at https://[yourappsubdomain].customerhub.net/admin (if you do not know your subdomain please contact support)
- Navigate to the User dropdown and select My Account
- Under the Billing Information > Credit card section click on update
- Enter your new credit card information, then click the Update card button
- Wait until you see the success message "Your card has been updated successfully!"
That's it! You've successfully updated your billing information for CustomerHub.
