CustomerHub has been acquired by LoyalStream

CustomerHub has been acquired by LoyalStream in September 2018. With this transfer of ownership, CustomerHub moves back into the hands of its original founders, Kyle and Nathan Leavitt. Kyle and Nathan remain passionate about CustomerHub and are eager to invest in making significant product improvements and providing exceptional customer service moving forward.

Do I need to make any changes on my end?

No. You do not need to make any changes to your CustomerHub or Infusionsoft account, and you should not experience any disruptions to your current service as a result of the transfer of ownership.

Who is LoyalStream?

LoyalStream is a SaaS company that helps small online subscription businesses increase customer retention. LoyalStream was created by Kyle and Nathan Leavitt, the original founders of CustomerHub. You can learn more about LoyalStream here.

What is the plan for CustomerHub moving forward?

We are excited to work together with CustomerHub users to re-establish the product as a market-leading membership site platform. Our top three priorities to improve the product are as follows:

  1. Mobile – according to Google, over 50% of today’s internet traffic comes from mobile devices. As such, we know that a mobile-friendly membership site is an expectation not a privilege. Tackling this is our top priority.

  2. Modern templates – in addition to a mobile-friendly site, you also deserve something that’s as sexy as it is functional. Design matters, and you shouldn’t have to be a web developer to create a site that you can be proud to show off.

  3. Online courses – online learning is kind of a big deal, and we want to make it significantly easier to create and monetize your courses through CustomerHub.

Who will provide customer support for CustomerHub?

Infusionsoft will continue to provide customer support through the end of October 2018, after which CustomerHub will offer its own dedicated support channel. We will announce the new support contact information as it becomes available in the coming weeks.
