We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support CustomerHub’s growth initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with our Growth Marketing Specialist and leadership team to execute campaigns, manage content, and keep marketing operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys turning strategy into action, and is comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign management.

Success metrics
In order to be successful in this role, the Marketing Assistant will focus on and improve the following key business metrics:
- Timely Campaign Execution – Deliver campaign tasks (content, outreach, reporting) on or ahead of deadlines, supporting the Growth Specialist’s lead and revenue goals
- Content Quality & Consistency – Maintain a steady flow of error-free, on-brand content (social posts, emails, blog updates) that supports campaign objectives
- Accurate Reporting & Organization – Keep campaign tracking, reporting, and project management tools accurate and up-to-date, ensuring leadership has visibility into progress and performance
Responsibilities
A day in the life of the Marketing Assistant includes but is not limited to the following:
- Content Creation & Management: Create and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, blog content, and basic creative assets using AI tools
- Campaign Support: Assist in setting up, tracking, and coordinating multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and outreach programs
- Research & Outreach: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and maintain prospect and influencer outreach lists
- AI-Assisted Workflows: Leverage AI tools to speed up content generation, campaign setup, and reporting tasks
- Reporting & Data Tracking: Maintain simple dashboards, track campaign performance, and prepare basic marketing reports
- Project & Administrative Support: Keep project management tools up-to-date and support scheduling, asset organization, and meeting preparation
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, the Marketing Assistant should embody the following characteristics:
- Strong written communication skills — able to draft clean copy for email, social, and other marketing assets with oversight
- Proficiency with marketing tools (email platforms, social schedulers, basic CMS experience)
- Basic design and content skills (Canva or similar)
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, research, and campaign optimization
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — can manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or virtual assistant roles is a plus
