Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of driving CustomerHub’s lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. This is not a “wait-for-directions” role — we need someone who will proactively identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute creative campaigns that bring qualified leads into our pipeline, convert free trials to paying customers, and directly drive revenue growth.
AI expertise is a must — we’re looking for someone who knows how to leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance marketing efforts (from content creation to outreach personalization to campaign optimization).

Success metrics
In order to be successful in this role, the Marketing Assistant will focus on and improve the following key business metrics:
- Qualified Leads Generated - steadily increase the number of qualified leads per month
- Free Trial Conversion Rate - improve the trial-to-paid conversion rate
- Revenue Generated from Campaigns/Promotions - drive $X in new revenue per quarter through multi-channel growth campaigns and promotions
Responsibilities
A day in the life of the Marketing Assistant includes but is not limited to the following:
- Lead Generation Ownership: Proactively identify and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including influencer partnerships, cold outreach, referral programs, paid ads, and social media marketing
- AI-Driven Marketing: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, AI analytics) to enhance content creation, personalize outreach, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing efficiency
- Revenue-Driven Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns that directly drive new revenue, using promotions, partnerships, and creative growth strategies
- Competitive Positioning: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to understand the SaaS landscape and position CustomerHub as the best choice for our target audience
- Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the Customer Success and Product teams to optimize trial-to-paid conversion rates through improved onboarding, messaging, and support strategies
- Performance Tracking: Define success metrics, monitor campaign performance, and report on revenue and ROI monthly to guide decision-making
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align growth strategies with overall business objectives, but operate independently in executing them
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, the Marketing Assistant should embody the following characteristics:
- Proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue growth in a SaaS or online business environment
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT for copywriting, Jasper for content, Midjourney for creative assets, AI-driven analytics for campaign optimization)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — capable of crafting persuasive outreach and compelling positioning
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., paid ads, influencer outreach, social media, cold email campaigns)
- Analytical mindset to track and optimize campaign performance based on data
- Self-starter with a bias for action — able to work independently and deliver results without micromanagement
- Familiarity with SaaS products and competitive analysis
