Why are you building a new platform?

CustomerHub was created 12 years ago, which is a long time for a software product. While our current software is still running silky-smooth, replacing the underlying architecture will allow us to re-imagine the experience, open up new opportunities, and enable us to be more efficient in serving our customers moving forward.

Will existing customers get access to the New CustomerHub?

Yes. Existing customers will have the option to upgrade to the New CustomerHub when they're ready. We'll provide migration tools to make the process as easy as possible, including seamlessly transitioning their members/end users to the new experience.

How much will the new product cost?

Pricing for the New CustomerHub has not yet been finalized. However, we're committed to honoring current subscription rates for our existing customers for apples-to-apples functionality (hint, hint). 

Will the New CustomerHub include built-in courses and community?

Yes, however we will be deploying the new platform in iterative chunks and the exact release dates for specific features is still TBD.

What technology is required in order to use the New CustomerHub?

The new product can be used as a standalone, or it can be plugged in to an existing tech stack. We will include a built-in Keap/Infusionsoft integration as well as tools to allow it to be used with virtually any other software.

When will the new platform be released?

The exact release date is still being determined. However we can confidently say it will be this year. We will conduct a closed beta, followed by an open beta, followed by a full release. If you'd like to be considered for early access please join our pre-release list.
