Description:
Seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to organize and execute a broad spectrum of marketing tactics across end-to-end customer journey.
Success metrics:
In order to be successful in this role, the Marketing Coordinator will focus on and improve the following key business metrics:
- Conversion rate - % of prospects that convert into paying customers
- Digital footprint - overall website traffic and social reach
- Marketing list quality - % of marketable and engaged contacts in our database
Responsibilities
A day in the life of the Marketing Coordinator includes but is not limited to the following activities and responsibilities:
- Ensure key marketing segments receive regular, relevant communication across all channels
- Optimize the end-to-end digital marketing funnel to support conversion rates
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns & promotions
- Manage online advertising and social accounts
- Ensure all public-facing marketing materials and other digital assets are 'on brand'
- Respond to inbound sales requests from prospects, customers, and partners
- Participate in relevant online forums, groups, etc
- Keep customers and partners informed about relevant product updates
Qualifications
